Return & Exchange Policy

At FIO, we take pride in delivering products that reflect our identity, quality standards, and attention to detail.

Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality requirements.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only in the following cases:

• A verified manufacturing defect

• Receiving an incorrect item different from the one ordered

To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the item has been used or worn

• If the item has been exposed to perfume, water, humidity, or chemicals

• If the item is scratched, damaged, altered, or shows signs of misuse

• If the original packaging is missing or not returned in its original condition

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings and ear cuffs) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery for the same item, for size or specification adjustments only, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• All original packaging is returned in perfect condition

• The requested size or specification is available in stock

If the requested size or specification is not available:

• The item may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, with the price difference paid by the customer

• Alternatively, a store credit may be issued upon review

Refunds

If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect:

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both return and re-shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be arranged.

Important Notice

FIO reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
